SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO DIDN"T READ LASTS MONTHS ISSUE............
I was sitting here thinking or actually trying to remember. At the end of Uncanny we Wolverine being called in because the X-Men can't handle the junior pyro.
Before that we see the X-Men getting their collective arse handed to them by the Pyro Jr. Now what I can't remember is how the team got away, because in the new Uncanny they are drinking and chatting and not dead. If this guy really did a number on them, how or rather when did they get away. Why didn't he just kill them?
I am not so much bitching as I am actually seeking an anwser. I dont remember and I dont have my comics near that I can look through.
Anybody have the issue?

The Pyro wannabee shot his own flamethrower and escaped in the confusion caused by the explosion. Kurt, Warren and Bobbie were astonished at the way he disappeared. Obviously they can't handle a guy with a flamethrower, so Wolvie has to come in a help them. Whoopee!!

Thanks for the anwser Spats....
I still dont get why he just didn't finish them off, he basically had them over a barrel.
But thats okay Wolverine will now come in and make short work of Junior. The internet can not convey how much sarcasm and lothing I wish to stress in that last sentence. >

In the next storyline: "Apopcalypse Wow" the X-Men will face up against a dainty little girl. Will they be able to survive until logan comes back from appearing in his own title, New X-Men, and a Guest appearance in X-Force?

Could prove most interesting, but only if the villain in question turns out to be Elsie Dee. Remember her?

Yeah she was funny, but I don't think any little girls, human or android, are going to show up in Uncanny soon. Unless they're pop-stars or prostitutes.

Damnit! Enough of the pneumatic pop stars and mutant hookers! Bring back Kitty Pryde! SPOILERS- I was not impressed by Mr. Flamethrower-and-a-crewcut-guy. I realize that Wolverine is a very popular character, but is he the only one that can get anything done? If I want to see Logan save the day or thwart evil, I'll buy Wolverine. People may get tired of seeing him always running in to take care of everything in the X-titles.

Hey !
the Blue Fuzzy is NOT a lil' kid at handling a sitch like this! He should NOT need Logan to come in and wipe his nose for him,How dull!
Give the stupid story a plot , OK?
